Rooney Communications LLC provides AI-powered receptionist, call-handling, and business automation services ("Services") to contracted business clients. Callers interacting with our AI receptionists are notified that they are speaking with an AI assistant.

By providing your mobile number and consenting to receive messages — whether through a written service agreement (business staff) or by verbally requesting text follow-up during a phone call (callers) — you agree to receive text messages from Rooney Communications on behalf of the business you contacted.

Message frequency varies based on call activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After unsubscribing, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, contact us at blake@rooneycommunications.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our Services may not be used for unlawful purposes. Call recordings and summaries are provided solely to the business client that received the call.

Services are provided "as is." Rooney Communications LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services, including missed or delayed messages and call summaries.
